OUR STORY
Established in 1996, as a family-owned business, Quaine Constructions established a reputation as one of Perth’s finest building companies very early on. Quality, communication, transparency & reliability form the foundation values of our business, making certain that we deliver every time on our build promise.
Building is in the blood of Drew Quartermaine, who began his career as an apprentice carpenter working alongside his father, who had founded his own building company back in the 1970s. Learning the ropes from his father, Drew went on to obtain his own Builder's Registration some years later and established Quaine Constructions Pty Ltd.
As a family business, the heart of the business has always been on service. At Quaine we take the time to get to know you right from the beginning. We personalise our approach to each step of the build process according to your needs. Because of this, Quaine Constructions only commits to a handful of contracts each year to ensure that we can deliver the most comprehensive experience to every client.
Over the years, Drew has established strong, reliable working relationships with a select group of local architects and specialist tradesmen. We operate with a hands-on approach to the supervision of all projects and engage with only the best trades that share our values of quality and excellent workmanship.

We approached Drew at Quaine Construction via word of mouth and couldn’t have been happier with our renovation. This home just feels like home. The cleaver design on a small land holding has allowed for a substantial home which provides our family with good separation but at the same time allows for family entertaining on both the main level as well as outside the studio in the downstairs outdoor deck and grassed area with outdoor swim/spa.
We love how the house takes in lots of light and that you can see and feel the outdoors from the main living areas and also the large outdoor decks on all levels of the home.
