The MBA WA Construction Excellence awards are indicative of projects that demonstrated incredible construction proficiency as determined by a panel of esteemed judges.
The HIA Perth awards represent the highest calibre of design each year. We were thrilled to see how many awards the Immaculate won, and it’s easy to see why. The home received accolades as the ‘Apartment of the Year’, and was awarded as a finalist for the ‘Home of the Year’, which was an incredible honour. The home was also recognised for its excellence in bathroom and kitchen design.
Prior to renovation, the Immaculate had a dated layout, with a small kitchen physically separated from the living room and small bedrooms that did not maximise the apartment’s views.
