A Hamptons inspired beach house design set in the coastal suburb of Cottesloe, this impeccable modern abode defines style and sophistication.
Designed by Mike Richardson Architect and detailed in house by Quaine Constructions this three-level family home makes good use of a smaller 300m2 block in a quiet Cottesloe street. The brief was to create a timeless home that provided good separation and easy entertaining.
The home includes a self-contained studio space which opens onto a fabulous rear jarrah deck entertaining area and above ground swim spa. On the main living level there is a second entertaining area with outdoor kitchen.
Features lime washed European Oak timber floors,Indoor and outdoor, Miele kitchen appliances, Sonos surround sound system.
